Continental Europe is often in the news for negative reasons, but no one can deny that our European cousins understand flavour and quality when it comes down to food and at Red Squirrel, whilst we are quintessentially English and proud of our heritage, our brewers on their quest for perfection, have been greatly influenced by village communities and local produce in countries such as Italy, France and Spain where flavour, quality of produce and freshness are the key ingredients to producing world class products.
We have embraced these principles by using very high quality raw materials, sourced where ever possible locally. Our new ale HopFest for example has been developed by careful experimentation over the last six months producing in our view an outstanding ale with wonderful flavour that appeals to the first time ale drinker right the way through to the ale aficionado.
